Old Chicago Sicilian Pepperoni Rolls

 

Old Chicago Copycat Sicilian Pepperoni Rolls

Ingredients:
1 Loaf Frozen Bread Dough
Ranch Dressing
Pepperoni
Pepper Jack Cheese Slices
Shredded Marble Jack Cheese
Garlic Powder
Dried Onion (or chopped green onions)
Pizza Seasoning
Parmesan Cheese
Pizza Sauce

Instructions:
Thaw and raise one loaf of frozen bread dough. Cut off a piece of dough and flatten into a long rectangle on a greased surface. Spread on ranch dressing. Top with pepperoni, pepper jack cheese and shredded marble jack. Sprinkle with garlic powder, dried onion (or chopped green onions) and pizza seasoning. Roll up rectangle and pinch one end to hold in toppings. Place in a greased muffin tin, pinched end down and press down on roll. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle on Parmesan and pizza seasoning. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with pizza sauce
