Giant Eagle announced Monday a new GetGo 3-cent program is being launched.
Giant Eagle says every time a customer scans his/her Giant Eagle Advantage Card while fueling at GetGO and isn’t redeeming fuelperks!, he/she will receive 3 cents off per gallon.
The new promotion is in addition to fuelperks!, and no changes are occurring to the fuelperks! program that provides a 10 cents per gallon discount on fuel at GetGo for every $50 spent on qualifying grocery and other purchases at Giant Eagle.
Customers can take advantage of the savings now.
Giant Eagle also announced Monday it is discontinuing foodperks! The company says the vast majority of customers saved less than $40 from the program over the last 12 months.
Last week, Giant Eagle announced it was getting rid of the free drug program.
